Voice Vox ripoff Miami Florida
I to have been taken by the Voice Vox...reviewing my account I noticed that $14.95 has been coming out of my account since April. I contacted the # that I was given by my bank, the phone was answered by a gentlemen that only identified himself as "customer service". He told me that his name was not important and he took down information from me and told me that he could not stop the debits from coimg out of my account.
He asked for my routing # and stated that he owuld have to fax my account # to the home office and they would take it off of the computer. But that he could not give me my money back and he could not tell me how he got my account #. I am just getting started with this and I plan to put a stop to it. I am in South Carolina and I see from this web site that it is happening every where. It is listed on my statement as Direct Deposit but when you follow it over it is actually debiting my account.
