I found a charge of $61.02 for VOIPTALK. I made no such purchase. I did a search & found this site. I went back through previous bils & found charges EACH MONTH for $61.02 from VOIPTALK or DISC LD. When contacted they claim it was a promotion attached to a purchase from a vendors website for a phone card/service The promo stated if not cancelled in 30 days you will be charged...
