I leased a 2019 Black Volkswagon Tiguan SEL MOTION 4 ON  9/21/2019. 

I've had a multitiude of issues since the car was delivered. It's been the worst customer service experience dealing with Volkswagon of America and they must be held responsible for delivering a car with a plethora of issues.

I went directly to Volkswagon of America's Executive Offices to explain the issues my vehicles was having and that I should not be leasing a poorly assembled vehicle.

I went to three different service centers over the past two months. One I had gone to on two different occasions.

Issues:

1. The first VW service shop: couldnt find anything wrong with the vehicle, HOWEVER, all tires were low in tire pressure w various weights and they noticed all fluids were NEVER top.

2. Left tire light has now appeared four different times, hearing steering wheel noise, monitor flickers sometimes when connected to car.

3. All Weather Tire: I personally had to drive to a tire shop as the service center I had visited did have the tire in stock and could not patch it. Very dangerous driving 30 miles to replace the left back tire.

4. Took the SUV into the third service center. Explained the vehicle still had tire light issues, steering wheel noise, navigation was flickering with iphone, heat wasnt coming out of the vent as this occured three times while driving. They added more air to the tires but stated it is standard to see this occur on an ongoing basis. I wasnt happy, as they just wanted me to reset the light and that wasnt happening.

The heat issue they could not duplicate.

The steering wheel noise they heard but needed to add parts, so i needed to reschedule.

Service Manager was upfront and mentioned that the blinking of monitor does occur and that i may have to delete various apps from my phone for it to work.

I rescheduled for the next week as they were going to fix the steering wheel issue and look into all the other issuses. They attempted to fix the steering wheel, yet, just a few days and it was making a similar noise.

I have been in touch with executives from Volkswagon of America for several months. I did everything they had asked. Went on four appointments for the service and kept them in the loop the entire time. The same issues still remain and I am done missing work time and I am fed up. 

Today, I woke up and drove my neice to school and immediately a yellow/orange light with a question mark appeared w another light on the dash.

I want this vehicle returned. Its a lemon and VW of America is literally doing nothing to help me. I've had a enough. This vehicle has issues and I bought a new vehicle, not one off the used car lot!

It's been extremely stressful as they have literally treated me like a number not a client.

I am beyond unhappy and want this resolved immediately!

I want my 4 payments back and downpayment returned. They should than take the vehicle back from me.
