Ms. Hiemenz, First of all, I have not "STOLEN" "your" website url. I purchased the domain VONfenwald.com that was NOT purchased by you, nor EVER used by you in all the years you have been in business (you originally told me 25 years, now you say 15 years--so what is the truth?). When I get people who contact me who are looking for YOU, I tell them that I am not you (I would NEVER want to be mistaken for YOU!!!) and give them the link to the ever-growing list of reports about YOU and your lack of ethics, to let them judge for themselves before they purchase one of "your" puppies (since you've stolen many of your breeding dogs, I would say that those puppies don't technically belong to you either, but to Robert Venus in Belgium, whom you stole many of the females you have sold puppies from!) Here is the link: In addition, I am NOT a puppy mill. I am not the one who claims to own 24 breeding females (of which 2 are listed as retired, and how many are stolen from Robert Venus??) and 11 stud males (of which 4 are listed as retired, although Hafran's Cimon hasn't been owned by you for YEARS and died at his actual owner's house of cancer. Out of the remaining males, 3 of those males are STOLEN from Robert Venus of Belgium (Brutus vom Venushof, Castar vom Venushof and Falco vom Klebinger Schloss. Targus von Fenwald and Pan v.d. Jahnhohe (Jahnhoehe)are also supposedly "semi-retired", (what the heck that means I have no idea--either they are retired from breeding and not being used, or they are being used, and are not retired) although Pan had a stroke some time back, from what I understand, and shouldn't be being used. IF you took care of your own dogs (which you don't, you have hired help, lucky for your dogs) and spent only THIRTY minutes per day with each dog (feeding, walking, grooming, playing with, etc) , that's 14 and half HOURS per DAY!!!!!!! and that's low, because cleaning those kennels, I am certain takes FOREVER. I feel sorry for the dogs, and for your staff. I bet they never see you out there doing anything, other than yelling at them for doing it wrong, or yapping on the phone, or selling your puppies to your next unsuspecting victims. I am not saying that every dog you sell has issues with registration, health, or pedigree/DNA. I am saying that many of them do, and you KNOW it. It's going to come back to bite you ---and it's going to happen soon. YOU are the puppy mill. I have 5 dogs on my property right now, one of which is a puppy, and 2 others who are now fixed, as they are done breeding (both of them being young still, and still would be 100% breedable, if I wanted to breed them until they are not breedable, which would be 4 years more for the female (to 8 years of age) and 7 more years for the male (to 11 years of age) INSTEAD, I have chosen to fix them. So clearly, YOU don't know what you're talking about. The other dogs listed on my website are OWNED by me, and I guess you must not think that PERHAPS they don't live here with me, but with friends elsewhere, etc.? You should be ashamed of your actions. INSTEAD, you are pointing in every other direction trying to get people to think OTHER people have problems (diversion tactics that people are too intelligent to take seriously) when YOU are the one who is being unethical. Secondly, identity theft is taking someone's personal information (social security number, date of birth, name, address, phone number, etc) and using that to "take over" (pretending to BE that person) for personal (typically monetary) gain. I have not researched, have knowledge of, used or otherwise "stolen" your personal information. I will likely use the domain very shortly to link to ripoffreport website with all of the complaints against you, and it will also have some of the many letters I've received from the people who have been deceived by yourself. You're right, it shouldn't be attached to MY kennel, as someone might mistake me for you, and I would NEVER, EVER want that to happen. I have values, ethics, and am responsible. You do not, from what I have seen. Also, I have not received anything from you or your "legal team" but I would love to hear from them (you should refrain from contacting me, as I told you many months before not to contact me, as it would be considered harassment). I hope your "legal team" is more informed about what defines the laws than you are. Please do go ahead and file a lawsuit against me!!! I can change the Request for Hearing to a Counterclaim. :) You will receive my sincere thank you for saving me the costs of the filing fees (about $200), and I then will have that $200 less to collect from you once the judge rules in my favor, and I have a judgment in hand. I'm tired of taking your abuse for the past 17 months, when all I ever wanted was what I purchased in the first place. ALSO, you claim that I don't have the registration for Halla von Fenwald because I was going to breed her at 8 months of age without hip certification?? That's a joke. Halla is the only dog I own that does not have her hip certification, and that is through no fault of my own. You wanted me to get her "a" stamp, which I cannot do without her registration and certified pedigree, as you well know (or maybe you don't, since you don't actually hip certify most of your dogs). Since you registered MY dog in YOUR name, over a year after she was born, I have been unable to do anything with her. I have CERTAINLY not bred her. There are ways to prove this, which I will do. I *unlike you* do my very best to breed each litter to the German Standard. When I say my dogs are hip certified, they are (unlike you, again) when I say they have a show rating, they do (unlike you, again), and when I say I OWN a dog, I do (unlike you, again, with all of Mr. Venus' dogs that you STOLE, paying for only the transportation costs) You absolutely sicken me. I am ashamed to have to tell people that I own one of your dogs. The only good about it is that I have been able to warn others of your being a puppymill disquised in fancy kennels, completely lacking any type of ethics, morals or responsibility for your own actions.

Although Mrs. Melanie Williams Parsons has been contacted by our legal team to shut down the STOLEN Website, she continues. We have also now been contacted by various agencies regarding her trying to use our name. The possible Federal Violations continue to mount against Melanie Parsons Williams and her kennel named Vom Felsenhof German Shepherds of Albuquerque, New Mexico. One of her tactics is to Lure Unsuspecting Potential Clients to her Website by using my stolen url and then tries to sell them one of her inferior pups. Information is being gathered against this Unscrupulous Puppy Mill Breeder. If you have been contacted by Mrs. Parsons or have gone to her stolen website by mistake please simply post here.

If you really have an attorney make sure you show him ALL the posts you have made. If you need help, I have copies. Oh, please stop acting like you are an experienced breeder.

How do you, as a reader, know if I am a reputable breeder? You don't. How do you know if Cindy Hiemenz of Von Fenwald is a disreputable breeder? You don't. Here are some suggestions on what to look for and ask for when searching for the breeder of your next loving animal, whatever breed they may be! 1) Ask for a copy of the AKC registration UP FRONT for the pup you are buying. If they do not have the litter registered (as DOES happen occasionally), ask for copies of the AKC registration for the parents, or go to www.akc.org, go to STORE, then to DOGS LOOKUP and type in the name of the dog. The AKC registration number will come up if the dog is registered. 2) Ask for WRITTEN PROOF of hip certification. This does NOT mean a photo of the hip x-rays, unless you are a radiologist who can read the films and know what you are looking at! 3) Ask for WRITTEN PROOF of Schutzhund or any other titles, and/or show ratings (AD, BH, SchH1, SchH2, SchH3, FH1, FH2, HGH, CGC, TD, TDX, CD, show ratings: P, VP, G, SG, V, VA) 4) Ask to come see the dogs for yourself! You should be able to see the dam (at least!!) of the pups, and the sire as well if he is owned by the breeder. Sometimes, outside studs are used, so be aware of that. Also ask for the contact information of the stud owner and contact them as well! 5) Ask for DNA certification on the puppy/dog you are purchasing. This means that the puppy/dog's DNA is not profiled, but that the puppy/dog's DNA can be matched to both of his/her parents. I would recommend buying from a breeder where ALL dogs in the breeding program are DNA certified, not just because they are required to have been, but because the breeder has CHOSEN to! I am implementing this with my dogs. 6) Ask for a copy of any Contract/Guarantee UP FRONT, look over it, and make sure you agree with everything before signing. If you don't like the contract, don't sign it, and find another breeder. 7) Ask around to different clubs (not AKC, but actual clubs where people have dogs that they work/title/show) about the breeder you are interested in purchasing your pup/dog from. References are only secondary information, because what breeder would post the negative information, or references who are not willing to say positive things about them? 8) Do not let your emotions control you!!! There are many pups/dogs out there, and there are ALWAYS going to be very nice pups/dogs available! Don't be pressured into purchasing unless you are 100% sure of and comfortable with the breeder you are buying from!!! Be PATIENT (as hard as it is!!) and get the right dog, from the right breeder. :) As far as the libelous posts that Cindy Hiemenz of Von Fenwald kennels has posted, they are bogus, and are only there as revenge for posting about her in this same forum. Frankly, I am shocked that it took her this long to retaliate this way. My attorney can now add LIBEL (written false statements) to the slander (verbalized false statements) and numerous other criminal charges against her. Enough said! I have committed NO fraud. From looking at my website, and posts that I have posted on different messageboards, you can clearly see that I cannot agree with breeding a PUPPY before they are an adult (according to the German SV standard--which is anything below 20 months)!!!! and definitely not without hip certification!! These statements are all false, and Cindy Hiemenz of Von Fenwald is only trying to muddy the water and make herself look better and me look bad. This won't work, as people are more intelligent than she gives them credit for. People can tell honesty VS lies for themselves. If someone researching and doing their homework thinks that someone is dishonest, they should not and would not buy a dog from that person! I wish that I had done MY homework, and my only hope is that others can learn from MY mistake! Being involved in breeding dogs for only a few years, I made my mistake. PLEASE learn from all of these other people's mistakes: http://www.ripoffreport.com/results.asp?q1=ALL&q5=fenwald&submit2=Search%21&q4=&q6=&q3=&q2=&q7=&searchtype=0 If you have any questions or comments, please post them here! You can do an internet search for "vomfelsenhof" or "kerschberger" for more information.
