11/29/2004 Had called my credit card company to see if they could help with the refund, and she told me I had received one 11/06 finally! Got a call today from Tom Meyer the manager, who apologized and said that they had lost 7lbs of mail in October and that had caused a lot of problems. He offered to get my vouchers to me and gave me a voucher number. Hopefully he mean't it.
