Wallgreen Pharmacy ripoff Suffern New York
I have found an article about rudeness of Walgreen pharmacy costumer service and now I feel much better simply because now I'm not only one who is not amused with the approach they are get away with for a long time! And let me tell you all who will read my story that I did have a similar experience and if some of you had a good one this does not mean that their rudeness do not exist at all. You just got lucky that day, but the next day that may be you, A VICTUM!
I am buying the tobacco regularly I know bad habit>>in Walgreen.
So that day I was on a bad hurry and my husband was waiting in the car for me, I rushed in to Walgreen for a pack of "Capri ultra light" and saw no people in line? -- Usual situation over here! Only one women and two sales people, I turn myself into free sales girl about 28 years old and asked her to give me a pack. She looked at me for more than 5 min trying to figure it out what Im asking her to do. I repeated my request again, but she kept standing with no move at all. I asked her: What is the problem? And why is she by her behavior refusing to give me the pack? She finally opened her mouth and said that she still does not understand what I want. I said "ok" and again repeated my request.
This time she looked at me as im a flying object asking her to go to the moon with me and she kept standing and looking at me.
Then I began to feel annoyed and asked her again! Then in a very slow manner, she moved herself closer to the tobacco stand and started to argue with me, that I did not made myself clear enough for her and she went on and on. My husband was tired of waiting and he came inside wondering what's happen with me? He found me standing there listening her arguments about how ungrateful I was to her>> He got annoyed as well and ask her as well to give me the pack. Instead of giving the pack to me she started to argue with him and making fun of me.
Believe me guys! I was shocked I could not believe my eyes and my ears of what I saw, finally when two of us me and my husband started to scream "just give us the pack" she again in a slowest manner u could not imagined of gave me the pack, but with out stopping the argument.Total time we spent in the pharmacy was 40 min!
