I call Walmart Family T-moblie customer services line, June 4, 2013 spoke with Holly the rep;klept saying “I’m sorry I don’t know when the concord phone will be available; I just know that there on backorder”?. I then asked her would I be credited for the service that I’m not able to use she said to me “but your using the phone right?” I said “I have to use someone elses phone to put my sim card in then I can use my services? I don’t think that’s fair!!! at all, Holly said I’m sorry I know your up-set but I don’t know when the phones’ will be available? I asked to speak with a supervisor Holly put me on hold for about 3 minutes came back to phone and said Lewis is the supervisor; Lewis what? I said! I can only give you the initial of his last name which is V. He will call you back with in the hour. 6-4-13 10:06 am.

So how exactly is this a ripoff? You can put your sim card in another phone and still get service. What it sounds like is your angry that there were that many ppl who purchased the phone you want. Ok so they are out of stock on the phone you want. You do realize that neither T-Moble nor Walmart ACTUALLY make the phones right? They have to get it from the MANUFACTURER. Which means that if the company that makes it is overseas, then you will just have to wait for the next batch to clear customs.
So this is less of a ripoff report then it is of someone who didnt get their way, being the phone they wanted. As such you are choosing to wait for THAT phone model. Thats on you not on them. You could have and still can choose a different phone.
