walmart boost mobile/sprint walmart selling boost mobile phones in bay minette with no coverage...no service all over town bay minette, Alabama
walmart in bay minette alabama,is selling boost mobile/sprint phones with pay as you go cards for activation, only after, you activate and load minutes, do you realize there is no cell coverage in this town, for these phones.
when you return the phone to walmart, they will refund the phone cost, but refuse to refund the pay as you go card amount, they admitted that they get every one that sells, back for refund, but they continue to sell these phones in an area with no coverage, then they keep the money for the amount of the prepaid card that you loaded.
when you contact boost mobile, you find yourself in an endless labyrinth of automated menus and never can get to a customer service rep, walmart claims they have no way to refund your money on a card that has been loaded into a phone, but continues to knowingly sell them in an area with no coverage.
