Walter Ponce De Leon Mercosur Meat Trading Scam Artist International Trade Uruguay Internet
Walter Ponce De Leon works with Luiz Carrion to gain the trust of traders. Walter from Mercosur pretends to be the trustworthy one, you wire him money. He then says he gave the money to Luiz Carrion.
Luiz Carrion from Marketex never produces any product and then disappears. Walter, whom you paid then pretends that Luiz scammed him too and doesn't know how to get your money back.
This is an intricate scam that took experienced traders by surprise.
Don't trust either of these two scam artists, 100's of thousands of dollars have been lost to Walter Ponce De Leon from Mercosur and Luiz Carrion from Marketex.
Mercosur is even registered in USA Florida to make it sound legit when in reality Walter is in Uruguay and Luiz is in Brazil.
Don't waste your money on these scams.
