I purchased from WarrantyUSA, Independent Warranty Int'l Inc. in Arvada, CO for $1066 which was charged to my master card Acct Rcvd cont. 5/3/00 that covers my 2000 Buick La Sabre.

Vehicle was under factory warranty, so did apply before Feb. 03 but did reqt WarrantyUSA Serv., Claims Hotline 800-531-1909 & voice report on numerous attempts, not in service.

In late 10/02, rcvd info to file claim with Robeet F. Bicher III which I did on 11/7/02 via regist.US Postal Service. Todate, attorney has failed to answer my many fax messages.

I mailed the claim along with self addressed stamp for return mail from his office. Further, the attorney instruction stated to search their domain Case Website - warrantyusa.com.

Further said to obtain Disclosure Statement by writing to:

Alan Friedman,Esq. Irell & Manella,LLP. 840 Newport Center Drive,Ste. 400, Newport Beach, CA 92660. No response todate.

I'm not sure I understand is there an complaint? Or are you just looking for something for free? Or is this an attempt to help others who may have purchased this product get a refund?
