I bought a rolling chassis motorcycle frame from washington choppers which included front and rearends. The cost for this was $3495. I added other options of $923. I then paid for fabrication services of $925. The fabrication I had done was assemble front forks, mount front brake and wheel spacing, mount rear fender  rear sprocket ,rear brake and weld fender struts, weld seat mount tabs.  I picked up the frame april 30 2009 . When  I arrived there Gary Strphens the owner said we would need to conclude this pick up of the frame quickly as his mother needed to go to the doctor. We went over the bike quick and went on my way. I live 330 miles from Bellingham, wa. When I got home after several days I decided I would start stripping the frame down and prepare it for paint. Upon starting to take the front end off I noticed that one of the top inner fork springs was missing.(springer frontend) these springs are set and installed at the factory so there is no reason to take them apart to remove or install the frontend. I e-mailed washingtonchoppers and told Gary Stephens about it  and that I would like him to send me the spring and I would put it in myself. He e-mailed me back and said it must have been something I did and that he would be glad tro sell me one for $16 dollars or so . In the meantime I started prepping the rest of the frame and discovered that the seatmount tabs had been welded in the wrong spots.  I also discovered that the rear fender struts were incorrectly placed and welded so poorly underneath the fender where you cannot see when the tire is mounted. I again e-mailed Washingtonchoppers repeatedly to address these issues and all they would do was ignore my pleadings. I hired a fabricater and a welder who spent a complete day grinding off the existing work and replacing it correctly. I ended up doing over everytyhing I paid them to do!!!   To this day Gary Stephens will not make it right. What a ripoff
