If that is the case, the bank is correct in their position that they are not responsible for the money, you are. If anyone uses your card with the PIN, then you are 100% liable for those transactions. Since the withdrawls were done at an ATM, that person, friend, relative, etc, knew your PIN number. Unless there's more to the story, there's nothing that can be done. The terms and conditions of your contract state that all ATM transactions are the responsiblity of the cardholder.

Stella, I'm confused a little by your post, but wil try to help. I think you are claiming that someone withdrew funds from an ATM using your card? If that's the case, two things... 1. Do you still have your card? Was it stolen? Did you report it? If you still have yours it sounds like someone cloned it, but that's rare. If you don't have it, I'm confused how they would know your PIN. 2. The bank cannot simply assume that it was you based on the fact that you've used that one before. I would request to see video from the date/time at that ATM. Good luck
