Me and my wife booked our tickets from Orlando to Dubai for business class through this guy Peter Rusanoff, company waytotravel.com and they are associated with goflyfirst.com (Same thing, they use two names), He sounded nice on phone and took our info, next day he confirmed booking and sent me confirmation email.



Everything seemed ok. I even logged to Emirates website and confirmed booking, everthing seemed genuine. However on the last day when we were ready to check in, my reservation was cancelled. When i called Airlines they told me, this company waytotravel is fraud, he has stolen someone's mileage account and login information and booked tickets on there account. when the other person whose account was stolen found about it, he canceled tickets. This ripoff guy Peter will not even pickup the phone. We got screwed for $5000.00. I am trying to file official fraud complaint with San Bruno police department. Here is company information

     On Feb 12 Mr. Jay Singh purchased a ticket from Orlando to Dubai. Using our vender FlyerSmiles, the tickets where issued and paid for through our vender. Once we had the airline confirmation numbers from FlyerSmiles we forwarded them to Mr. Jay Singh.  On Saturday February 27th 2016 Mr.Singh called explaining that he could not check in online for his tickets.

     I immediately called our vender to see what the issue was. The owner stated the matter should be resolved with in a couple hours or so. I called Mr.Singh and informed him, He then continued to state that the ticket must be fixed with in the hour and he was growing very impatient. I stated that if anything is wrong with his ticket all moneys would be refunded back to the credit card immediately. Mr. Jay Singh grew even angrier stating threatening myself using prolific language. While remaining calm and polite I then stated we are refunding all of the money. He then stated that he owns a 50 million dollar company "Best Buy Trading", he will put us in jail, that our company is fraud, and he will sue us into oblivion, and several emails with extreme prejudice and contempt. All money was refunded to Mr.Jay Singh and has been reconfirmed by our bank as of 2/29/2016. We have picked up every call from Mr.Jay Singh and helped him to the best of our abilities and responded to all of his emails, phone calls, and text messages.  He has also posted several complaints on other websites using different names such as on usacomplaints. Mr. Jay Singh has also promised to speak to Vice Presedent of the airline and submit an offical report. We have yet to see any of his documentation. 

 

Absolutely no fraud has taken place or the theft of any airline accounts. His tickets where purchased through a verified California Seller of travel  FlyerSmiles license number 2116560-50 as well as licenses with the ARC, IATAN and AFTA which can be found at flyersmiles.com/terms-conditions.
