WDP Refrigeration Akvatek Industries, ABC-Supermarket ripoff Dishonest, Promised Delivery within 6 Weeks Never Received Miami Florida
Akvatek Industries aka ABC Supermarket promised delivery of display cases within 6 weeks. As of today they have never been shipped.
On several occasions Alex and Manny had stated that the Display Cases were shipped or at the company who has crating the display cases. Alex said that the display cases would be shipped once payment was made in full. We initialy set up an account with them so that this was not necessary. Payment was sent in the form of a cashiers check after they demanded payment. I know believe they were just fradulent.
They no longer return my calls and of course will not anwser when I call.
I have a bakery that cabinets were built in place around what was to be these display cases. I have not been able to open and I am in the process of bringing carpenters in to reconfigure the cabinets. Akvatek Industries aka ABC Supermarket is a fradulent company

To whom it may concern: I would like to inform you that I received information that this customer has contacted you in regards to some cases for his bakery. We would like to state that we have not received any check or any kind of payment for this kind of merchandise. Our terms require for the customer to send in 40% deposit and then we process in the order and when the merchandise arrives we call the customer and inform them that the merchandise has arrived and they would then have to pay the remaining balance and we would then ship the merchandise to them. So in this case we have no deal with this person because they never made an order with them. For your information also we are in the process of suing the company for false accusations. So please inform your client that he will be hearing from our lawyer. Thank you, Administrative Assistant
