Requested 25% down payment at booking, 25% at pickup, final 50% at desination. When they arrived at pickup, demanded 100% before they would leave. All-inclusive but they said they did not have any gas in the vehicle when they arrived and I would have to pay for that.
Had no packing tape or tarp for pick up truck bed and requested me to go buy it on the morning of the move. I was told if I wasn't happy with the new arrangement I could cancel and receive full refund. They blocked my calls and stopped answering my texts and emails.
