I contacted this company after finally getting through the fine print and told them immediately to cancel my order. They still charged me even though I went through the customer service and cancellation form as directed. Under my account folder it says it isn't active and isn't being charged but my bank statement says otherwise. Now, I can't get anyone from there to contact me for explantions or a refund.
