I accessed the website over a month ago to receive the software to process the FedEx late deliveries. My credit card was charged the $39.95 and I was unable to access for retrieval.

My charge appeared on my credit card yesterday and I called 1-888-357-3693 to retrieve my software. They provided website

linkmembers.net/fedex which is the scam recovery site.

I recently retired and thought this endeavor would provide some additional income. I might have to agree it may be a scam. I would like to recover my charge, if possible.

Collect refund through Pay Systems 1-888-751-0744 or [email protected] The corporation that handles the sales and distribution of this specific product is Pay Systems, from the United Kingdom. This is not just to give out a free plug. They are under the scrutiny of Internet Securities and Exchange Commission. Again, their number is: 1-888-751-0744. Their email: [email protected], and their address: PaySystems Limited Daunsey House, 4B Fredericks Place London, EC2R 8AB, England Now I would recommend you contact them by phone, informing them you are sending a written letter, in tandem for proof of communication, and copies of payment. Require a signature certified on that mail if possible. Act fast--RefundRecovery's website is up for sale, and they are croping up in different parts of the country. Of coarse, you realize proof of payment is important, with double copies of everything. They do NOT manufactur the product, but will arbitrate your refund. They might not have any clue about the details of the scam. By now they should, but just humor them. They do not want to be penalized by Internet Securities or the Exchange Commissions. I am not familiar with these types of security, but investigating this type of scam is their specialty. Please, please, please get back to us if this does not provide resolution. We NEED to know that this contact information is effective. IF they are not cooperating, and you do not receive that refund, please get back here and tell us. We don't want to give out wrong or useless information. This has to work for you. Hope you get your refund. Rip-off Report Volunteer
