Santa Ana,#2UPDATE Employee
Wed, October 10, 2012
All of the postings and threats made by the individual who still chooses to remain nameless are being compiled and reported to the various authorities. Since March of 2012 this individual has engaged in a letter writing campaign to Wecosign's shareholders making accusations and allegations of fraud, embezzlement, misappropriation, etc., yet at the same time promising a return of shareholder value. This is the forum by which the writer has chosen to restore shareholder value by posting venomous spurious allegations about the founders and the company on the internet with the intent to destroy not only the founders but the company as well. Perhaps the writer works for a competitor. Perhaps the writer was an employee that had an opportunity at Wecosign, but was terminated for cause. Either way, the motive is to defame and destroy a company that makes a difference in people's lives. As stated before, property managers across the country have an opportunity to reduce their vacancy rate and accept credit challenged applicants. The service is appreciated and needed. Professional property managers do not resort to anonymous postings.
In closing, the rent.com relationship failed because rent.com did not following through on what they promised and tried to change the terms of the contract. All of the employees were witness to their attempts.
The postings are as stated before mean-spirited and outrageous and should be considered in that vein.
