No, Wendy's is NOT the same nationwide. Different markets may have test products or other items you might not find in some other market. Also, most Wendy's are franchises, which the owners may have other items on their menu. As for forgetting condiments, could it be that maybe you forgot to ask for them? Condiments cost money, and if it isn't ordered, then you can't expect them to just hand them out for nothing!

I went thru Wendy's drive thru. Fries had been dumped upside down on top of burger and bag was really greasy. Went inside to request they redo my order. Had to wait for new fries to be cooked & thats OK. Got home with my food and the dirty little SOBs had replaced my burger with a completely RAW one. Called the home office next day to complain, only offered a coupon for a free small fries, burger & small drink. Like I would ever go back there again. My town only has 2 Wendy's anyway. Haven't eaten there since...
