I'm an employee of Werner and I think the way to handle the problem is not to do to him like he is doing you. Two wrongs don't make a right. If your dispatcher will not do anything about it, go over his head until you get somebody to solve the problem. Werner is here to keep freight moving and to keep you moving, if the other guy is not doing his job, then maybe see about having him moved to a differant account. I went thru that before on an account that i was on, so, I told them either fix the problem or I'll report it to a someone higher up that wants to help see this company sucseed.(tried can't spell) I know I would like to see this company strighten up and get dispatchers and office personal in here to help drivers and the company make some money. If you have to call main phone number to Werner and just ask to speak to Greg Werner and tell him your problem.

what you need to remember is turn-around is fair play. if the other guy is always 6-8 hours late maybe you need to pick up the load on time then go home and spend time with your family then see if he likes it when your 6-8 hours late delivering it to him
