Wesley Berry Flowers ordered flowers by phone, credit card charged but no flowers delivered Santa Ana, Ca Internet California
I called florist listed on internet to order flowers. They took my credit card info, name, address,phone # and promised same day delivery.
No flowers were delivered, and when I called next day, gave them the confirmation # they provided, their reply was they could not find the order.
I then called my credit card company, and they had the charge from florist but still no flowers. I feel I have been scammed.Should I change my cc#? They have all my info now .
