Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
i was sold a car that has a clean car fax, but in actuality doesnt because i have a written estimate showing the car has been hit and it would take 9,000.00 dollars to make the car right!! i asked the dealer in less than fifteen hours if i could have my truck back which was brand new because of what i had found out through a mechanic. the salesman said he couldn't do anything because the owner was out of town. yes i took the car as is, but these people know when they buy a car if it's been wrecked or not. there trained and know what they are doing! i kept asking to talk to the owner and i always got the run around and i never got to talk to him.he wouldn't return any phone calls either. finally i caught the owner on the lot and talked to him and showed him how he had bought a wrecked car from the auction. he told me i dont have to help you if i dont want to but i will. he told me he would get me another car but he didn't. that was just another line of bullcrap!! because i couldn't get them to give my brand new truck back for nothing and i think to be spitefull they took it to the auction so there was no chance for me to get it back. the part that really bother's me is i traded a new truck and gave them 5,300.00 dollars and have dumped 1,500.00 dollars into this car for repairs right off the bat!! beware this company will screw you and take your money and they wont help you at all!!! they will literally sock it to you !!!! they dont have morals or values and value no one !!!

Do you know what a Carfax is?

The only way to prove that the car didn't have a clean Carfax report would have been to get your own Carfax report (which you should always do when buying a car). The body shop repair estimate doesn't prove anything. It's possible that a vehicle could be damaged and it won't show up on Carfax. They admit as much on their homepage, but some info is better than none. Given that, Carfax is not enough. What you really need to do before buying a used car is to have it inspected by your own mechanic. You're talking about an investment that's over $10K. Taking the word of a used car salesman is nuts when you have that kind of money involved.
