West Maui Condo Rentals Greg Salmon of West Maui Condo Rentals is a liar and cheat! San Leandro California
On arrival at the Polynesian Shores condo, we found the place filthy and full of dead roaches. There were dirty rags, dirty linens, a disassembled fridge on the counter and dead roaches throughout the condo. I have the photos to prove the condition.
Upon calling Greg, he apologized and told me to book a hotel since there was no way we could stay in such a filthy place. Greg agreed that he would reimburse my out of pocket expenses for the hotel and refund the night's rent on the condo.
I have email's where West Maui Condo Rentals indicate that a check was in the mail to me. I have received no refund or reimbursement and have been lied to blatantly and cheated out of my reimbursement by Greg Salmon and West Maui Condo Rentals. In addition to the out of pocket, I essentially lost a day's vacation as a result of West Maui Condo Rental's failure to povide a clean, habitable condo.
Potential renters beware! There are many reputible people to rent from. Unfortunately, Greg Salmon and West Maui Condo Rentals is not one of them.
