Western Dental Dr.Taylor DDS Supervising Dentist Rackael Lying,Fraud made false arrangements and San Leandro,ca California
On October 3 2013 to Western Dental in San leandro,ca had Dr. Taylor the Head DDS told me that I had to have all of my teeth extracted a total of 13. He also said that i should upgrade to the high grade Dentures at a cost of $ 6800.00. THEY TOOK 6 impressions at that time and had me sign a contract. Then they scheduled me for my extractions. Then the day of my extractions they toldme that their Oral Surgeon would not accept my insurance. Then a week later they called and set up my extractions saying they need me to see my regular Dr. In Napa Ca, to get a release which I did Then the day of my extractions they said again they did`nt take my Insurance.
They said I had to see an outside Oral Surgeon which I did at another $1700.00 and now I have no teeth I have called and they told me my teeth were done and set a date to have then put in and when I went in they said my dentures were not done and they told me I needed impressions of my GUMS which the Oral surgeon said was ludicrous when I called him Western Dental in San leandro will not return my calls and the only way I can talk to them is to go to their office and all I get from Dr. TAYLOR, THE SUPERVISING .
Nurse eeliz,or Norma or Rackeal or any of the staff' I also was told the woman who makes the Dentures name was LISA and when I walked in to check the status of my dentures I asked if LISA was in and they all said who? Then theypaused and told me that Lisa called in and quit this morning. All Western Dental does is lie and tie you into a contract. If I do not have my dentures in the next two weeks i,m going to Sue them I also called and filed a complaint with their cofporate but I don`t trust them either.
