Westwinds Mobile Home Park (MHC) Banned from Banks for obtaining Loan Refinance or Modifications San Jose California
I have been trying to refinance my Mobile Home which is located in Westwinds Mobile Home Park. They have been banned from the banks to issue loans of any kind. They are on a DO NOT LOAN LIST. This makes it impossible for the tenants that are living there to obtain any modifications or refinances. We cannot even sale our homes and get out of there! No one can get a loan. I understand they want to have the largest vacancy rate so they can sell the property. They want to raise everyones rents to an unreasonable amount and make it impossible for people to remain living there. There are several people being effected by this management!. They make no improvements after raising rents and the excercise room is not even accessible after 5:00 PM ( What am I paying for?) It is terrible that these parks think they can destroy peoples lifes and make the elderly find new homes that they can afford to live in.
