Sorry, but being bilingual is not covered by Title VII. And from the looks of your report, you are not truly functionally literate in the English language, and you do overreact. Not everyone is against people of latin heritage, despite your claims. It appears that your company had your history to fall back on to support their review of your work performance and behavior. Don't be a victim; get educated, you use English fairly well, just get better. American business is done primarily in English - not Spanish - and your interpretive skills will be necessary, but only if you're really good at both languages.
