White Center Glass & Upholstery I spent time on the phone with Tami them asking many questions in order to asses if i even need to spend my time for the in home appointment, then waited 2 weeks for them to come to my home .Over the phone a preliminary quote was around$350 including ins PRICE QUOTED X2 OVER THE PHONE AND IN PERSON CHANGED IN 2 H AS MUCH AS X3 MORE Seattle Washington
I spent time on the phone with Tami them asking many questions in order to asses if i even need to spend my time for the in home appointment, then waited 2 weeks for them to come to my home .Over the phone a preliminary quote was around$350 including instillation , when the 2 guys Brian and Alex come they told me $380 or so including installation , told them to order the glass and ask if thy needed a deposit ;they say that the office will call when the glass is ordered .EXACTLY 2 H AFTER THIS THE PHONE RINGS AND THE QUOTE IS $1030.24 ! THAT IS AN ABUSE AND WAST OF MY TIME . HOW IN 2 H THE PRICE THAT I WAS TWICE QUOTED IS 3X MORE ? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE , NO I DID NOT MISUNDERSTOOD , PRICE QUOTED TO ME BEFORE X2 DID INCLUDE THE GLASS AND INSTALLATION. Diana in West Seattle
