Whiteford Kenworth Of South Bend Indiana ripoff in service repair work, creates other problems on engine then we pay to fix South Bend Indiana
We are sick of paying for repairs that never get completely fixed. Then other problems with engine are found after truck is picked up and on the road due to there service work they did for the orignal repairs. We then take the truck back and are charge again to fix the repairs they caused. Some repairs are warranty work on the engine that whitefords installed. And they wonder why the 22000.00 engine still is not paid for.
This has been going on for over a year now.we are talking hundreds sometime over a thousand dollars of repair work. They have even passed our truck for inspections with air leak, which is illegal to be on the road then, which could cause us to be put out of service with the company our truck is leased with.
This is a sad way for mr.ron whiteford to drawn in money and keep job security for his mechanics.
