I have talked with people who have been ripped off by both of these sites. They answer emails claiming to be "Rapesh from Bangladesh". These are lies.  "Rapesh D'Souza" IS "Robert Wiggen" or his wife "Tiffany A Wiggen"  Rapesh D'Souza is an avatar hiding the identity of the extortionist behind many sites.

2- Most importantly using your name and tagging it to search engine is illegal as per the law in this domain
