Wholesale Connection Company, Douglas Kaplan Owner ripoff Faxed a vacation deal at my work, sent them money now can't get ahold of them Maitland Florida
I recieved a fax at work that was through Wholesale Connection company working with Tropical Travel.
It had four vacations, Orlando, Daytona Beach, a state of 40 destinations and Bahamas. It sounded to good to be true but they were very convincing over the phone so I sent them $250
I recieved my package in the mail and had one year to use one then one year to use consecutive ones.
I am a single mom and was going to take my children over their Christmas vacation so I called to confirm and had to send deposit money
They told me to send it certified so I knew they got it. I fell for it and when I called because I hadn't heard from the reservation department, the phone was disconnected.

Doug Kaplan has never been the owner of this company. There was incorrect information posted in previous reports According to previous posts here is there phone number 800-430-8353
