What ever you do, please do NOT do any business with a company called Whylie Computers and the owner Ronald Dickson, Jr. I had him to come to our place of business and look at some computers to have them replaced. He said that he could do the work with no problem. He gave us a price quote and asked for the money up front and said that once he received payment for the equipment he could have it to us by the next day.
The next day came and we called him and he would never answer his phone. When we finally got ahold to him he said he would call right back but never did. It took 4 DAYS for him to return our call AFTER we called him 22 times. We couldn't leave a voicemail because his box was always full and never emptied. He kept giving us reasons why he hadn't called back and we demanded our computers or our money back. He finally came with some computers that obviously were not brand new and he said they were. When we looked up the model, we found that it had been discontinued 5 years ago and he had charged us $650 each for 10 computers that were supposed to be new. When this was brought to his attention he emailed a second and totally different price quote indicating the computers were used and tried to say this is what he gave us. We showed him the original quote stating they were to be new he left and didn't return our call.
At this point we demanded all of our money back and he refused to give it back and he stopped answering our calls. Each time we went by his place of business he was never there. We found out from several other people who dealt with him that he too had ripped them off by charging 5-10 times the amount of a product and not showing up to do their jobs. We were furious. Nothin has been resolved at this point and we are currently weighin our legal options now. A company called Why Lie Computers should in still trust but all Ronald has ever done to us is LIE. Don't trust him or his business.
