Todays date, 10/22/2015
On 7/20/2015, I, with my 89 year old father and 82 year old mother, we took their RV to Wichita RV sales and service for an issue that we were having with the onboard generator.
the motor home is a 2002 year model with, as the dealer wrote on the work order. 20,221 miles. on several occassions this past summer, once in August, and once in September I made the 5 hour drive to my folks place then the 45 mile trip up to Augusta to check on the unit. after numerous phone calls and personal visits to the dealer, always the excuse was, we are waiting on parts. today, my elderly folks made their way up to Augusta to pick up their motor home after finally recieving a call from the dealer informing them that it was ready to pick up. This evening, I am now being informed by my 82 year old mother that the unit is displaying 22, 961 miles on it. hmmmm, difference 2, 740 miles. now my question is, where in the hell did my folks RV go. it's 40 miles from Winfield to Augusta. Now, she can't figure out as to how to time stamp a picture of the odometer, but with this complaint, consider this an official statement of the odometer reading of the unit as of this date. 22,961 miles as it now sits in their garage. 3 months your dealer had this unit.
Wichita RV was supposed to order one or two parts for the generator. my mother informs me that work was also done on a vibration on the outer mirrors. when I drove it, those mirror heads worked properly and there was not a damned thing wrong with them. and the list went on. So, Wichita RV, when I get back to Kansas. expect to hear not only from me, but from the Attorney General, the laws, my attys.
