Wildflower and Bugs Never received sign I ordered despite numerous attempts to contact owner. it has been 6 months!! Syracuse, New York
As noted by other posters I was taken for almost $150 by this guy who never sent us our custom made sign. I paid for item with AMEX credit card. He orginally asked for cash or check, neither of which I had and then said he only took AMEX. That have should have been my first clue as who doesn't take MC, Visa but AMEX?? but he was very professional and I am trusting so.....
We waited almost 4 months before we contacted him re: sign. He answered and my husband stated the issue and he said he would look into it and call right back. Never called back and husband left messages for at least 5 days straight after that and nothing!!
After that in early August I contacted my CC co. and expained the situation. They sent Mr. Kise an inquiry and he had the gall to say " See above signed receipt. the order was placed at an art show in Richmond, VA. The customer was present to place the custom order and signed the CC slip in person. She also received a copy for her records."
I have rebutted to my CC co. and said I am not disputing that I ordered the sign, but I never received it and have no faith I ever will given his track record. I am now in the process of contacting the show I attended to make them aware of this scam artist.
