Willis Insurance Company Rip Off Los Angeles California
I am soooo angry right now. I have some items in Public Storage in my area which is covered by Willis Insurance Company. I found out someone picked the lock, got some of my items out, and locked the unit back.
I went to the storange unit on 9/7/13, to put a few things inside, and upon arriving, I noticed that someone had ramsacked the place, took boxes of cds, dvds and other items.
I contacted Willis Insurance Company since I pay them every month. And an adjustor named Justin tells me that since it wasn't a forced entry, I have no claim. Bullshit. I think I should be compensated for some of the stuff that was snatched from me. This company is full of it. I just want everyone to know this. I plan on trying to see what I can do to get some money for my things. There is no way I should be laughed at and made a fool of over my things.
