If you haven't already you should call the credit card company and challenge this transaction. Provide them with info you have so far and find out what else they need as well. There's no reason why they shouldn't be able to credit this back to you with the info given. If people can continue to book cruises using their credit cards no reason why they shouldn't pull money back from them.
