This customer was contacted a number of times to handle the situation the first time being five minutes after the first email was recieved. This did take about a month to get resolved because there were numerous attemts to pick up the food and issue a refund but the drivers and customer were never able to meet. The company went as far as offering to do a refund over the phone prior to picking up the food but the customer declined the offer. Although Windy City Quality Foods, Inc. feels we tried our best to resolve this situation as best and quickly as possible we appoligize that we let this customer down.

On 10/12/2012 Ed Ceriani showed up to our house and picked up the product and gave me a credit on my charge card for the full amount. Ed did indicate that he was not told until 10/11 to pick up the meat, even tho I had asked Todd on 9/8 to let Ed know that on Monday, 9/10 that I would be returning the meat to Ed for a full refund.
On 10/17/2012 a credit was issued onto my acct. and I will be getting a letter from them stating this.
Therefore, this matter has been resolved after many emails and phone calls placed after this
complaint was made.
