WIRED PLASTICS Dont trust wired plastics! Was mistreated and they cant locate my money that I loaded! Salt Lake City Utah
I was severly mistreated by wired plastics customer service. They could not locate my money! I loaded 500.00 hundred dollars from western union, at 11:02 this morning, and it was not on my card, I checked a hour later! well from experiance, I always had my money within minutes after I loaded it, and I had full confidence in my pre-paid debit card, until now! My wife drove a hour and a half away, to a meeting and I did not have no cash on me for gas so, I told her to take my wired plastic card, now my wife is pregnant with twins and the weather is really hot out! so when she got out of her meeting she went to get gas, and to my surprise there was no money on the card and she called me. I called western union immediatley! and was ready to give them a piece of my mind, at this point my pregnant wife is stranded a hour and half away! I gave them my control mumber and they said sir we received a confirmation that wired plastics received your money at 11:25am that morning! I loaded it at 11:02am 06/12/2008! I called wired plastic and they said we never received the money! WHAT!!! I told the lady I am not excepting that answer, and I got on the phone with the supervisor her name is laura, she was so RUDE!!! and was over talking me, and would not be understanding to my situation, that my wife was stranded! she explained that they have not received the money and that there was nothing that they can do. I called back and they gave me another supervisor his name was adriell! he was even ruder than laura (where do they hire these guys) He basicaly said they don't no where my money is, and that they cant do anything about it! I had to run to the bank and withdraw some money and send 2 wires from moneygram to my wire plastic card to get my wife home! I had to pay to transaction fees with my uploads! All clients beware before you sign up! Dont get me wrong I liked wired plastic but they treated me and my family like crap! And I want to send a message that you can not do customer like that and that they need to be more considerate to people situations and not treat you like a number!
