 To me, "Woodforest" is not a real bank. I can deposit my money and usually withhdraw it. But if there is the sllightest problem after 8pm. You have no one to back you up. If you call the phone number on the back of your debit card, NO ONE will help you. NO HUMAN will answer the phone no matter what you push. You may be lucky enough to be asked to leave a message somewhere, but how will that help you pay your tab at a restaurant? I am not writing this because one time my card didnt work because I had my cell phone next to it or something. I am writing this because over the course of a few years, this happened to me multiple times. I hadnt just pair rent, or just recently bought a big screen TV. My paychecks and my bills were regular for many years. My banking experience never was. If you call Chase bank on christmas day, you may have to wait a while to speak to someone about a problem. If you call Woodforest after 8pm ANY DAY OF THE YEAR,  you will not have your problem solved. Guaranteed. 100% GUARANTEED. That is not a real bank or a real business. This place disgusts me that they are still operating with how they run their "business"
