Woodlake Villas Apartments ripoff, bad maintenance, horrible customer service Las Vegas Nevada
Woodlake Villas are the worst apartments I have ever lived in. My apartment was not ready for the move in date and I would have not had any place to go if they hadn't found me a new apartment.
My car was broken into my first week residing there. I requested to upgrade from 1 bedroom to 2, I received a letter of confirmation telling what apartment and what date to move in. Again the apartment is not ready and the move in date is wrong. They find a replacement but the dryer does not work. Let me remind you that the fee for the washer and dryer is included in rent.
I have called at least 3 to 4 times a month and each time the managers tell me that they put in a work order and it should be in soon. It has been 6 months and I am still without a working dryer. My lease is up at the end of the month. I feel I should be reimbursed or compensated for some of the runaround and lack of help I've received.
