Woodstock Harley Davidson Service repair is dangerous Woodstock Illinois
Brought my bike to Woodstock Harley on Aug 2, 2015 to have 2 new tires put on. On my way home I was stopped by a stranger telling me my exhaust pipes were hanging almost on the ground. The service shop only hand tightened the bolts and they fell out causing my pipes to fall. This is the second time in 3 years this shop has done this. Now I am going to different dealers in Wi to buy the parts to fix this mess, the owner of Woodstock Harley texted me telling me how great his tecs are and how many he employs and how he pays his tecs. Why this is relevant I dont know, what I wanted was for them to drive here and fix my bike as I paid $600 for the tires and now I have to buy new parts and fix it myself. Doug the owner never even offered to resolve the issue.
