After reading complaints already posted it's apparent Wordsmart intentionally uses the same abusive and misleading tactics on customers.   The 30 day trial and guarantee are a scam.   Wordsmart doesn't tell you all conditions of purchase until you've given your credit card info, then it's too late.

Why would a product claiming to improve communication skills employ Customer Service employees ("Lisa"), who are extremely dense, rude and unreasonable?  I could write 1000 words on the unbelievabe accusatory and untruthful comments spoken to me.  But according to Lisa she doesn't care about customer satisfaction, as she gloats, "I've worked here five years".  "Lisa's" loud grating phone demeanor brings to mind a bitter and hostile Edith Bunker.

I took the normal routes attempting to resolve the dispute; talk to a supervisor - refused; talk to another customer service employee - no luck as they're all trained similarly to deny fair and reasonable service; sent an email communication via Wordsmart's website - NO REPLY!

For the first time in 30 years, I initiated a credit card charge-back, and canceled my card to prevent further false charges to my account.  Filing a complaint with BBB too.
