People looking to apply for work are used to joining talent networks. They are asked to create a profile and submit a resume. Work-in sports.com asked people to join a talent network, but upgrade to a paid membership to order to apply for jobs. They are exploiting the unemployed that are in need of a job without being scammed for fees. There is no other talent network that I know of that requires a fee paid in order to apply for jobs.
