EDitor's UPDATED info 2-20-04: Rip-off Report is still receiving complaints that they are not receiving the refunds as promised. Rip-off Report has been in contact with the Company and has made them aware of these issues. They have assured us that refunds are being given to those who are providing them with all the correct contact information requested by them. They have also provided confirmation/proof of over 2,600 refunds to date, on a spreadsheet, and Rip-off Report staff called and verified more than a dozen consumers at random, all very angry & outraged, but, they all did get their refund. The company again apologized for the delay and reported that credit to your account could take as long as 4-5 days. As we understand it, this company only does the processing for all the other companies, so they are at the mercy of those companies funds, further delaying your refund.

Rip-off Report is hoping they will live up to what they have promised, we think they will, ..we'll see. Rip-off Report will continue to investigate more into this situation, and we will eventually post an UPDATE to the main Report at this web address: https://www.ripoffreport.com/view.asp?id=76605

Please be patient, we can only tell you what they are telling us.

On 10-24-03 I fell for the $299.00 and we will send you a guaranteed credit card for $2000. 12-06-03 I received the package. Of course I called to see what this package was all about. I was told that the issuing bank would be sending me a form to fill out in 10 days.

01-21-04 I called since the online access via the CD Rom was denied. The transfer process reached an all time high and after 53 minutes of off and on hold time I was told by the agent and I quote "I can't take it anymore - quit say huh". Since his English was foreign at best I could not hear or understand what he was saying. When I ask his name I got dial tone.

Calling back the resolution was that I should call Jessica Daniels at 10 am sharp on 01-23-03. She was quite sympathic and advised she personally would send me a form. 02-05-04 I called asking where the form was and was advised O should receive it Friday. 02-11-04 called again and was told that the form was sent 02-02 and that another CD would be sent FedEx. 02-17-04 it would be 2-3 weeks for the forms even though it was almost a month since supervisor Jessica said she sent them. Also FedEx was "behind".

This time I was guaranteed receipt by 02-24-04. The call on 02-24-04 was almost the same thing. 03-03-04 I was told that Jessica Daniels would call me after 5 pm on 03-06-04. Today 03-11-04 when I called the 866 number is rang without being answered. All I want is my $299.00 back!
