World Voice inc, didn't order but getting charged ripoff

Didn't order pager or cell phone and are getting charged 49.90 + 19.99 ea month to my phone bill, Phone company took it off my bill and are charging it to them World Voice Inc directly. I also filed with the Better Business Bureau.
