Worldcore.eu is supposed to be a regulated payment company from within the EU. They also jumped on the crypto train, but their basic function is to provide online payments and and a prepaid mastercard. I deposited 5000 € to get a prepaid mastercard after checking that they were accredited by the czeck central bank.   A few weeks after receiving the debit card, I received an email of a Gilbratar based company called Wavecrest telling me that the card was cancelled. I learned that all wavecrest card were cancelled because of some shady btc card business. Why they also cancelled the normal currency card is a mistery. Probably fleeing to the Caimans Islands with the money. Anyway I decided to withdraw my money from Worldcore because the prepaid card was the only thing I wanted from them. Did a SEPA transfert to my EU bank, paid 70€ of fee (inside the EU..., which is free with real banks), but 10 days later the transfer is still on hold.   Here is what the customer service told me : "Unfortunately the option of sending/receiving banking transfers is temporaryly unavailable as now we are changing our serving bank. This is due to the tightening of the rules for servicing payment institutions in Europe, some banks refuse to take us for maintenance, and those in which we were served had to close our accounts due to new rules from the regulator. We regret for the situation caused to you in this regard!" Which means most banks have realized worldcore is not compliant with the sector rules and refuse to work with them. Which means you should avoid them at all cost. Which means that for now they stole my money.
