Worldmark stopped sending bills to us so put of sight out of mnd. We fell behind a payment. At the time we had a 10 day vacation booked in their Maui Resort. It is important to note that the points we used to book the vavcation were fully paid for. Without notifying us that we were behind in maintenance dues, Worldmark cancelled our vacation. I did not find this out until February 2016 that we we behind a quarterly payment and that Worldmark unilaterally cancelled our vacation that was already paid for. I called to inquire why and to offer payment. They refused to accept payment and refused to reinstitute our vacation. I feal that since this vacation was already paid for Worldmark should reinstate our vacataion. I looked today and all of their rooms our booked at the resort in Maui for te rest of our summer, therefore, we have to find a new vacation alternative for our summer vacation, if we can afford to do so. Worldmark is a bunch of thiefs and I want everyone to be warned not to purchase their timeshare weeks. I am hoping they see this complaint and don't ignore it and make things right, but I doubt they will since they seem to be ran y thieves and crooks.

I acknowledged that I did fall behind one pyment. But Worldmark cancelled a vacation for time already paid for without notification. You have to make these appointments a year ahead of time. I have made timely payments for over 10 years straight and we inadvertantly miss one payment and they cancel a very hard to get timeshare unit. Unprofessional. They should have called and informed me I missed a payment prior to cancelling.  On respectful thing to do for a custome that has had no issues in ten years. I am guessing you are either an employee of worldmark or the type of person that would fire someone for being late one day after being early or on time for ten years straight.

YOU failed to make YOUR payments.  YOU knew YOU had to pay it.  Want to blame somebody?  Look in the mirror because this all happened as a direct result of YOU!

 

NO RIPOFF HERE -- Complainer failed to make required payments and makes up an excuse as to why.  Complainer did this to themself.
