wwon_one HouFuxin Failed memory RAM. Refuse refund, made buyer pay $30 to ship back Shenzen China
I bought two 4GB Crucial memory RAM for laptop upgrade. Seller believed that it's the gold tip that's dirty. However, the chips itself are faulty.
I have tested it with other RAM, and the laptop are working fine. Whenever I used these cards, the computer threw an IRQL Not Equal or Lesser error on the blue screen of death.
The seller refused to acknowledge that the Memory card are broken. Refused to refund and asked me to ship it back for $30.
