I ordered a micro helipcopter remote control toy and a battery operated wine bottle opener from this company on Nov. 24, 2007. I recieved no email confirmation and decided mid-Dec. to contact the company about the order. I called their customer service number, the individual told me the wine opener was on back order, no date when it would become available. I never recieved an communication from them stating the product was backordered. I canceled that order with them.
They told me the helicopter should be shipping in the next day or two. I recieved emails from them on 12/10, saying it shipped. By 12/20, I still hadn't recieved the toy. I had 3 emails from them (12/10, 12/14 and 12/15) saying it shipped, however when I checked shipping status with the tracking number they gave me, it said I shouuld have recieved the product by 12/15. Today is 12/23, I have not recieved the product.
I am completely unable to contact this company at all. Their customer service number which worked previously says the number is no longer avaialble, although it drops me into a voice mail, when then says is full. I'm recieved no futher responses from them over email. The Live Chat they advertise on their site is a complete lie, there is no live chat service.
I've read several blogs where many many many folks are complaining about this "company". We need to stop these guys!
