Now this person is trying to make us believe that is situation has been ongoing since 2005. I find that very hard to believe. 1) He did not read everything that was involved. i.e. Monthly debits from his account. It is stated on every site like the one he signed up for. Just incase that you may be wondering what type of site he signed up for, well, it just happens to be an adult webcam website. He knew well what he was signing up for. He just doesn't want to own up to it like other guys that have been caught by their better half. Both of the billing sites mentioned, www.euepoch.com and paycom.net, are the same site & same company. All one has to do is Google it & pay attention. By LAW, EVERYTHING is stated on the site he signed up for. Nothing is hidden in any fine print. I have checked out a lot of those sites & everything is written in "black & white" on each page. Nothing is hidden from your view. The monthly debit from your account is not in any fine print. So, who's fault is it when you do not read EVERYTHING, including any fine print. From what I have seen on those sites is something like this, right in the middle of the page. "There will be a monthly fee (charge) of $xx.xx from your account until it is cancelled." The only advice you should get is .....Make sure that you read EVERYTHING before you sign up for anything. Not only online but in everyday transactions that you may make. Read EVERYTHING. You should have been thinking with the head above you shoulders...
