www.Flashwhites.com Flashwhites Pen and Do NOT TRUST FLASHWHITES.COM OR "PEN"!!!. Atlanta GA Georgia
I saw an add on the internet for "flashites" and "Whitener pen". It said that you only had to pay seperate shipping and handling for both...totaling $9.90. FREE TRIAL!!! It was absolutely NOT! For one, the products both came in the same box and then 12 days later we found that $114.90 had been withdrawn from our account. NO PHONE #s to be found and one that went thru said it was "out of service" SO even if you call back immediatly after ordering to cancel and be refunded, they still insist on keeping $70.00, no exeptions. I, was livid! Write a report on this too to warn unsuspecting customers. Somewhere (Ididn't find) in their fine print they claim to give you 14 days for refund, but even in my case, It was ripped off even 2 days early from order date. STRAIGHTEN THESE COC-ARTISTS OUT!!!!!! P.S. Even the packing slip in the box said it was sent and billed to a completey difference place and person...To cover their tracks? If any one does find a valid phone #, please send it to this site to see! Thank You..Darcy

Don't waste your time calling Flash Whites. Call your credit card company instead.

I too made the mistake of ordering the 'free' trial of Flash Whites. After I made the purchase I saw all the Ripoff reports about the company. I called Flash Whites to cancel my order but they kept saying that my phone was breaking up and they couldn't hear me. After that they would disconnect me. So I called my credit card company, and they told me to call them back once the order cleared. I called my credit card company a few days later and they credited my account back with the $9.90 and they blocked all future charges from Flash Whites.

I had a similar experience with the same company. I found that it dependa whom you speak to whether you get wnywhere. Try 1-888-545-3403. Good luck!
The problem is that they give their "terms and conditions" on a separate web site. They,, apparently, hope that you won't see them until they have your information so they can keep billing your credit crd account for subsequent shipments of product that you don;t want and really didn't order.
